  • Wireless ‘self-powering’ devices which can be applied to both new and existing buildings, no batteries or cables required.
  • Can work as standalone system, or via opensource systems integration with Building Management Systems (BMS) or other existing control systems.
  • Our systems only take what is needed through harvesting and conversion of available ‘energy forms’ within buildings to power the solutions.

The gateway & its implementation

  • IoT multi-sensors detect temperature, occupation and ventilation requirements of a room or area within a building
  • Data is analysed and sent to a selected destination to communicate the ‘measured demands’ and requirements of a room or area
  • Connected equipment responds to the ‘measured demands’ to ensure that the ‘calculated response’ is more energy efficient
